BBB Payment Agreement
I hereby authorize payment of fees to Better Business Bureau (BBB)® by means of the Direct Payment Plan. I understand that annual payments will be deducted automatically from my financial institution. I understand that BBB Accreditation is an annual commitment. The payment will be withdrawn once your application has been processed, a refund will be issued if accreditation is not approved.
I further understand that if any of my direct payments are not honored by my financial institution, my company's BBB Accreditation may be jeopardized or revoked and that no refunds of any previous payments will be made.
I authorize BBB to initiate electronic debit entries to my Credit/Debit Card for payment of my BBB Accreditation fees. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. In the event my ACH transaction gets returned or my credit/debit card is declined, BBB may attempt to re-run the payment up to 2 times before contacting me.
This authority will remain in effect, and will automatically renew each year, until I have cancelled it in writing 30 days prior to my annual anniversary date. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
